- 8 cups of some combination of thinly sliced crucifers: red and green cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kohlrabi
- 3 stalks thinly sliced celery (optional)
- 1 thinly sliced red onion (optional)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or white or red vinegar or sherry
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dill or another spice you enjoy
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt kosher salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- if you use a different vinegar than rice, you’ll need a tsp of sweetness
- Fresh ground black pepper
Place your veggies in a beautiful bowl. Using a separate bowl mix all other ingredients. Combine. Let sit for an hour prior to serving to get full flavor from your mix! Enjoy! **. Some persons prefer the taste of mixing everything except the black pepper and oil with the vegetables. Then topping the veg with the oil, black pepper and a bit of salt.
