3 cups total milk: canned coconut milk (lite or regular depending on the richness desired), vanilla almond milk, unsweetened almond milk, rice milk, dairy milk, cashew milk, oat milk. I think this tastes exceptional with house made cashew milk. So easy to make.
½ teaspoon pure vanilla or almond or your favorite extract
½ tsp to 1 tablespoon honey, agave or maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground turmeric (dried) or 1 Tbsp for fresh grated root
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8-1/4 tsp each ground nutmeg, ginger and cardamom
A richer milk combo will need less sweetness. Lower fat milks may need more sweetener to achieve desired consistency. Combine, heat and enjoy! Froth the top of your milk and sprinkle with cinnamon.
