This was inspired by Trim Healthy Mama with a few less ingredients.
1/3 cup frozen okra
1/3 cup cottage cheese
2 T Hershey’s cocoa (omit if using chocolate protein powder)
1 scoop Protein powder (I used vanilla Le-vel for one trial and chocolate for the other-i liked the vanilla with cocoa added slightly better)
8 ounces almond milk
Blend. You may like a tiny pinch of salt. Quite delish and reminiscent of a Fast Food restaurant’s signature shake. A sprinkle of cinnamon was a welcome addition too~
