Fruit pops

You may want to call these paletas–which are the fruit and whole food cousins of popsicles. Let your creativity flow when making these.

1 pound strawberries, hulled (3 cups) or your fave fruit 
½ cup heavy cream or non-dairy alternative– juice works too!
¼ cup honey or your fave sweetener
1 teaspoon lemon juice 
⅛ teaspoon salt

Ingredients can be blended and poured into molds. Or just mash your fruits with a fork, mix with the liquids and use a paper cup (or a muffin pan) as the mold. Insert a popsicle stick. An index card (with a slit in the center) can be used to hold the stick in place. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
